R. Kelly is scheduled to be part of the opening ceremonies tonight (Feb. 8) at the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah, while police in his Chicago hometown are investigating whether the 35-year-old singer/songwriter had sex with an underage girl and videotaped the illegal act.
